Sebastiana “Seb” Bulfamante is a licensed real estate salesperson, proud to join the Howard Hanna Rand Realty family, working out of the New Rochelle office.  After a successful career as a paralegal at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher in New York City, Seb took some time off to begin her most important project to date, cultivating a beautiful family.  She is happily married with three young children. While being at home with her children and keeping abreast of the real estate market , Seb volunteers effortlessly at her children’s school. Currently, Seb is preparing to begin her second year as the PTA President, in addition to hosting many school events. In previous years at the school, Seb has instituted or moderated various clubs, such as the Newspaper Club, Girl Scouts, etc.

Seb Bulfamante has found that her previous work experience, and volunteer work has helped her understand the needs of her clients better. As a proud, working, contemporary parent and PTA President, Seb has met the challenges of being a creative, problem-solver. Finding unique ways to meet the needs of her clients, with honesty, resilience and insight, is what makes clients certain that Seb is the professional choice. Getting the job done in the best way, for the betterment of the client is the goal - every time, even if it requires creative thinking and structuring.  Seb always says, “Listen with an intensity that will be as loud the words you are anxious to speak”.
